Do you collect sales tax?

In certain states we are required to collect sales tax. Applicable sales tax corresponds to residents in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington, D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

 

What if I am unhappy with my order?

The American Bible Society is happy to offer a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy where if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call 1-800-32-BIBLE for return or refund authorization within 90 days of receipt of order.

Do you offer discounts for volume purchases?

If you are interested in purchasing ABS Scripture products in large quantities, you may be entitled to discounts. For more information, please visit the Volume Purchasers page.

Do you offer any customizing or special imprinting on Scripture?

Specialty printing of Bibles and New Testaments is available, allowing customization of the outside and inside cover of many American Bible Society Scriptures, and/or the insertion of additional pages that would tell others about a particular ministry. (Minimum orders of 1,000 Bibles or 2,000 New Testaments are required).

Once I place my order with Bibles.com, what will you do with my personal information?

Any customer information stemming from Scripture sales orders placed with the American Bible Society will remain confidential.

We do not rent, swap or sell our internal customer database/mailing list.

From time to time we will offer an American Bible Society catalog or promotional vehicle to that internal list of customers, unless we are asked not to by that particular customer.

Can I resell American Bible Society Scripture products?

American Bible Society editions of the Holman Christian Standard Bible, New King James Version, New Revised Standard Version, New American Standard Bible, New International Version and New Jerusalem Bible cannot be sold to bookstores and/or for commercial resale due to contractual agreements with commercial publishers.

 

What is your back order policy?

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you within 30 days when we expect shipment.

 

How can I have a copy of the American Bible Society's Scripture resource catalog sent to me?

Would you like a copy of our latest print catalog? If so simply e-mail your name and complete address to CustomerService@bibles.com or call us at 1-800-32-BIBLE within the U.S. and we will rush a copy out to you, free of charge!
